Art and Mind Center is an educational institute. A center for excellence in visual arts. It is to connect people with their feelings and senses through arts with the aim of promoting human values for betterment of the community. The center comprises of three main activities;
Art Education Program
Art Therapy Facilities; Utilizing arts in therapy (e.g. treatment of Autism)
Exhibition Facilities
AMC’s Education Program has a great focus on children and junior youth and also adults.
However, it provides opportunities for participants of all ages to realize their artistic potentialities as a means of expression of their human qualities.
The Art Therapy Facilities uses arts as a tool reaching within and enabling the individual with some debilitating condition, to relate to the world around them. Foremost amongst the candidates for this division are Autistic children.
The Exhibition Center provides an arena for guest artists as well as those arising from within the AMC to display their works for the art lovers and sell to them. The AMC established as a profit center depending on the opportunities for its development.
